Our story

From the inside out and never looking back.

Talento wasn't born in a boardroom. It started in the thick of it sitting inside organisations, running internal talent functions, learning every discipline from finance and operations to marketing and commercial. That breadth gave us something most specialist recruiters don't have: genuine range, and an understanding of how businesses actually work.

Technology found us or maybe we found it. Either way, it felt like home.

As the tech economy accelerated, so did our focus. GTM, Product, Engineering the disciplines that define whether a tech company scales or stalls. We narrowed in, built deep networks, and developed the kind of market knowledge that only comes from being present for thousands of hiring conversations over years, not months.

Immersive tech was a natural extension spatial computing, XR, the infrastructure of tomorrow. The same problems existed there: misaligned roles, under-qualified briefs, and candidates assessed on proxies rather than real capability. Same problem. Same answer. Better tools.

We then moved to the internal side — sitting inside organisations, running talent functions, seeing hiring from the inside out.
